After graduating pre-law from the University of Michigan, Mary Buck moved to South Florida with her husband, earned her real estate license and began her career with Merrill Lynch Realty’s office in Delray Beach, Florida.
Named “Rookie of the Year”, Mary was invited to join the Commercial-Investment branch of Merrill Lynch in Boca Raton. When the commercial offices were sold to a Canadian firm, Mary opened her own office close to her home in Gulfstream, Florida.
Gravitating early in her career to builders, developers and new construction, Mary has successfully sold out several luxury communities for such prominent, publically traded builders as UDC Homes, Engle Homes, DR Horton and Toll Brothers.
Over a thousand closings in her 30-year career has given her a wealth of experience and the expertise necessary to find timely, seamless solutions to the situations that often arise on the path to a successful conclusion of a real estate transaction.
Mary has continued her education with classes in architecture and interior design - taking a two year hiatus from real estate to work for one of San Francisco’s leading interior designers. In addition, she holds a builder’s license in her native Michigan.
Mary enjoys skiing, sailing, scuba diving and all water-related sports in South Florida. An avid international traveler, Mary now loves taking her three grand-girls on special outings. She is a member of the U of M alumni group, the local Palm Beach chapter of Kappa, Kappa, Gamma and attends Bethesda-by-the-Sea Episcopal Church.
