Kinnaird Fox previously served Fenwick Keats as director of development from 2012 to 2015, responsible for hiring new agents and overseeing their ongoing agent-training program. She also managed the firm’s special events and community initiatives. Prior to joining Fenwick Keats, Kinnaird served as director of townhouse sales at the boutique firm Wohlfarth & Associates, Inc. Before establishing her real estate career, she taught for eight years at the Center School, one of New York City’s most successful public middle schools. Kinnaird studied classical theater at the Goodman School of Drama in Chicago and spent a year studying Chinese at Peking University in Beijing while completing her bachelor of arts degree at Hunter College in New York. She earned a master’s degree in education at Fordham University in New York City. A long-time Manhattan resident, she is a strong believer in service and has sat on several non-profit boards associated with education and housing. She was the 2009-2010 president of the Children’s School of Science Board in Woods Hole, Massachusetts. Kinnaird is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York.
Yiming “Allen” Wu is a native of Shanghai, China, and a current resident of New York’s Hell’s Kitchen. He holds a bachelor of science degree in psychology from the City College of New York, where he was a Peter Vallone scholarship recipient. He is an active volunteer in a number of organizations, believing strongly in service and giving back to the community. Allen’s work in the luxury retail sector led him to pursue real estate as a fulltime profession. A social media expert, he created a blog dedicated to discussing New York City real estate. He is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York.
