Robert DeLeonardis began his career in real estate in 1989 with The Goodstein Organization. He was the top producing agent for nine consecutive years until he was promoted to run the day-to-day business in 1999 where he increased company sales by more than 70 percent. In 2006, Goodstein merged with Fenwick Keats, where he served as managing partner, which has since been sold to Sotheby’s International Realty.
Robert has overseen thousands of real estate transactions including his personal properties, bulk/building sales, and more than 500 sales for individual owners and sponsors including Goodstein, Twin Cities Federal, Aegon and HSBC. He handles buyouts, inside purchases, market pricing, marketing and overseeing sales from pre-vacancy through closing.
In 2015, Robert and his partners sold Fenwick Keats Real Estate to Sotheby's International Realty, where he currently serves as Senior Global Real Estate Advisor and Associate Broker. Robert also currently runs day to day operations for Fenwick Keats Management and serves as managing partner. He served as 2007 President of the Manhattan Association of REALTORS® and led the Manhattan chapter of the Nation Association of REALTORS®, the country's largest real estate trade organization. He is also a member of the Real Estate Board of New York.
