Her projects ranged from One Manhattan Square, the largest residential property ever to be developed in Manhattan, to the ultra-luxurious ONE57 that gave rise to the famed Billionaire’s Row.

Patricia began her sales career in the international money markets where she brokered financial instruments known as “interest rate swaps” and “options” in lire and peseta for almost a decade. Her clients included JP Morgan, Chase Bank, Deutsche Bank, NatWest, Bank of Napoli, Intesa San Paolo S.p.A, Torino, Credit Commercial de France, and West Landesbank.
This chapter in her life took her from London to Madrid, Rome, Paris and, back to London. It was at her last placement in London, with Gooch Financial Services, that she was offered the opportunity to work in New York City and took the leap of faith that has served her so well during the past 23 years.
