Before transitioning to real estate, Margot Cerutti held the position of Vice President of Sales and Finance for a well-known clothing manufacturer. Her experience of managing an extremely visible division within the company taught her the importance of being able to present information based on facts, research, overall knowledge of the industry and most importantly the needs of the customer. Margot is a trained negotiator and finds great satisfaction in "closing the deal". Her experience also provides her with a full understanding of current economic trends and the ability to forecast and evaluate market fluctuations.
She is a polished consummate professional, level-headed and courteous when it comes to her clients and dealing with real estate transactions. This is showcased in the amount of time and energy she will provide to ensure that her customers are comfortable in what can be a deeply personal moment in most buyers’ and sellers’ lives. Margot’s clients appreciate her positive attitude, attention to detail and her ability to quickly analyze numbers.
Margot received her BA from Boston University in International Relations with a minor in French. She has been a resident of New York City’s Upper East Side for almost 20 years, however she still possesses comprehensive knowledge of many of the city’s diverse neighborhoods. Margot also has experience with challenging co-op boards, sensitive financial situations and intricate board packages.
