Laurie Silverman, a Senior Global Real Estate Advisor and Associate Broker joined Sotheby’s International Realty in January 2018. In her first year with the brokerage, she was ranked as one of the top ten agents in the Downtown Manhattan Brokerage. Prior to joining Sotheby’s International Realty, she was with another large brokerage and earned numerous accolades, including being consistently ranked as one of the top brokers in New York and, in some years, the country.
Having over two decades of experience, she has sold some of the most prestigious properties in Manhattan. She works one-on-one with her clients to achieve their real estate goals. Amongst some of Laurie’s notable sales are 366 West 11th (Palazzo Chupi), 995 Fifth Avenue (The Stanhope), as well as numerous sales on the Upper West Side, Carnegie Hill, Gramercy Park, Tribeca, and all along the Lower Fifth Avenue corridor.
Laurie’s sales have been prominently featured in The New York Times, Avenue Magazine, The Wall Street Journal, The Real Deal, CBS Living Large and NBC Open House NYC. Originally from South Florida, Laurie currently resides in Greenwich Village. She is a member of The Real Estate Board of New York, has served on various not for profit boards and she is currently an honorary trustee at The Fort Lauderdale Museum of Art.
