Laura Wagner has been in residential sales since the mid ‘90s. When she began, her focus was representing lofts and building conversions in Soho and Tribeca. As her base broadened, she developed relationships with architects and developers around Manhattan and began selling on both the Upper West and Upper East Sides. Laura has sold some of the most prestigious Manhattan homes, including two townhouses on E. 75th Street that sold in less than two weeks.
When she began at Sotheby’s International Realty, she developed a division offering locations to the film community. With a link to the Mayor’s office, the program was frequently mentioned in publications from The New York Times to Variety and The Hollywood Reporter. Laura has been interviewed by NY1 for a segment dealing with what it takes to make your home ‘film friendly’.
In addition, since June 2017, Laura has been a contributing columnist for the Italian online publication, LaVoce www.lavocedinewyork.com. Her articles have received acclaim from around the world. She has been a member of Friends of the Upper East Side, since moving to Carnegie Hill in 1993. In her spare time, she enjoys travelling, film, and experimenting in the kitchen.
