Epo In-Manning, a Senior Global Real Estate Advisor and Associate Broker with Sotheby’s International Realty, brings over seventeen years of experience in the New York real estate market to every transaction and every customer. A Manhattan native, Epo owned a boutique real estate firm for many years as an independent before joining Sotheby’s International Realty. Epo and her team joined Sotheby’s International Realty in 2012 and since have been ranked among NRT’s Top 1,000 agents. They bring the same philosophy of personal attention, integrity and commitment to their clients that allowed Epo and her team to flourish while she was an independent. Prior to joining the N.Y. real estate industry in 2001, Epo worked at the MOMA (Museum of Modern Art) and then later had a marketing career that brought her overseas, where she lived in Japan and different parts of Europe for many years.
Her enthusiasm for New York real estate is equaled only by her passion for people and her dedication to all her clients and her relationships. Clients characterize Epo as diligent, hardworking, savvy, tasteful and, without fail, always professional with a soft and human touch. Within the real estate community, brokers describe her as delightful and efficient to work alongside. In addition to her successes throughout the years of listing and selling properties in Manhattan, the most gratifying piece of the equation for Epo is all the precious relationships she has built. Whether working with buyers, sellers or investors, Epo and her team maintain first and foremost what is most important to and in the interest of their client.
In 2013, Epo earned The Top Ten Producer award, and, since joining Sotheby's International Realty, has achieved a place in the top 2% of NRT Sales Associates.
Epo has a B.A. in Philosophy from Binghamton University, speaks Mandarin Chinese and Japanese and studied French for twelve years. Epo was married in 2006 and has two children, Keegan and Alexandra. She has traveled extensively throughout her life and comes from an international background, growing up at UNIS (The United Nations International School) in New York. Through her diverse upbringing and experiences, she has come to understand that honesty, patience and an open mind and heart are the most important values in any profession or life pursuit.
