Emmanuelle Ritchie was born in Paris and grew up in the French Riviera. Sotheby’s was the first company that she ever worked for, joining the auction house’s Munich office in Germany in 1993. Twenty years later, she is delighted to return to the Sotheby’s brand as a licensed salesperson with Sotheby’s International Realty in New York City. Emmanuelle has always enjoyed following the art market and understands the global nature of the Sotheby’s International Realty business.
Emmanuelle speaks many languages including English, French, German, Spanish and Italian. Having lived in Paris, Nice, London, Munich, Madrid and Milan, Emmanuelle has a deep appreciation for different cultures and their respective priorities when purchasing a home or investment property. She has been a resident of Manhattan for the last 15 years and has the knowledge and ability to help friends, clients and colleagues buy and sell property in New York, as well as all over the world, including those who are looking to buy or sell in France, Italy, Spain, England and Germany. Having owned her own consulting business specializing in luxury goods, Emmanuelle knows the importance of listening to her clients' needs and making them a reality. She provides professional advice and excellent service to those buying or selling a property. She knows that everyone’s time is precious and she does all in her power to provide her clients with a seamless, efficient, enjoyable and ultimately successful process.
Emmanuelle lives on the Upper East Side of Manhattan with her two children and English husband, Jamie Ritchie, who is the Worldwide Head of Sotheby’s Wine.
