In January 2019, they closed on Apt. 75C at 80 Columbus Circle Residences at 4825 ft.² two units to be combined. They have transacted at least 20 leases within the past year. The Sample Powers Team was named to Gotham’s “New York Billion Dollar Brokers” list in December 2013 and had homes on the “Top 10 Most Expensive Listings of 2013 and 2014” list.
