Ed Lacson began his real estate career with Fenwick Keats Real Estate in 1997 as a real estate agent. Ed is originally from the island of Negros Occidental, a province of the Philippines, and graduated as a Mechanical Engineer from Don Bosco Technical College in Manila.
After graduation, he worked for the Gillette Company, serving in various key positions in their quality control, production and engineering departments. This led to his decision to get his real estate license.
Whether it be a rental, multi-million dollar apartment, or building investment sale, Ed executes in an informed, courteous, professional manner and has been successfully conducting transactions for the past 21 years.
With Ed’s background in engineering and construction, he also is qualified to advise on home improvements to enhance the value of the property.
Ed specializes in the Manhattan, Queens, and Brooklyn markets, and also holds a real estate license for New Jersey. He is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York and the Middlesex County Association of Realtors.
