As a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson with Sotheby’s International Realty, Daniel G. Hall brings remarkable charisma, positive energy, and a sincere level of commitment to every real estate transaction. His successful real estate career began in 2002 when he became a managing partner for New York City-based brokerage, Madison Estates. Daniel then went on to establish his own brokerage, Hall Homes Realty, where he closed hundreds of residential and commercial transactions throughout New York City and managed an office of 22 agents. Over the course of the next several years, Daniel built Hall Homes Realty into a highly-respected brokerage, closing 98% of the listings his company brought on.
Several years later, Daniel joined his wife, Courtenay Hall, in launching a highly-respected media company and lifestyle publication, Bella Magazine. A subscription-based publication, Bella Magazine focuses on fashion, health, culture, and entertainment and can be found on newsstands in New York City, the Hamptons, and Los Angeles. Daniel and Courtenay notably secured cover features for the magazine with well-known celebrities such as Kristin Cavallari, Rachel Bilson, Christie Brinkley, Lisa Vanderpump, and more.
After successfully running Bella Magazine for nine years, Daniel chose to join Sotheby’s International Realty to leverage the international celebrity network he formed through the magazine and help his contacts make informed real estate decisions. He is regarded as a seasoned real estate professional who works extremely well under pressure and is highly respected, trustworthy, and dedicated to making his clients feel safe and at ease.
Daniel is also deeply passionate about the community and has been heavily involved in fundraising for juvenile diabetes and Sunrise Day Camp, a camp for children battling cancer. Daniel is also an advocate for Newmark Schools and sat on their committee board for over three years. In his free time, Daniel enjoys traveling to upstate New York to raft, hike, and explore nature with his wife and their three children.
