Chelsea resident Dan Martinsen has joined the very successful Lisa Maysonet Team at Sotheby’s International Realty. Dan brings a tremendous amount of passion and experience in real estate as a homeowner, landlord, marketer and investor in New York City, as well as the Hamptons. He and his wife purchased their home in Chelsea prior to the construction of The High Line and expansion of the 7-subway line to Hudson Yards, and have experienced first-hand the amazing transformation and growth of their neighborhood. They enjoy venturing out on foot, subway, and Citi Bike every chance they get to experience the rich diversity of all of New York’s neighborhoods, and are constantly visiting new real estate properties. As a licensed member of the Real Estate Board of New York, his personal experience provides him with an innate understanding of the sometimes complex and emotional process of buying or selling a home. Prior to joining Sotheby’s International Realty, Dan worked at Compass Real Estate in New York City. Previously, he was a senior communications and marketing executive at international media company Viacom’s Nickelodeon division, where he created impactful marketing campaigns that delivered some of the most iconic brands in entertainment. He built a proven reputation for figuring out the best and most strategic story to tell for his clients and is now here at Sotheby’s International Realty to serve you.
