From 2016 to 2019, Brenda and Elizabeth have concluded significant transactions. They were responsible for the sale of The Plaza Hotel’s residential PH-2009 for $32.7M in 2017 and PH-2003 for $29M in March 2019. The sale of PH-2003 was the highest dollar per square foot ever achieved in the building. They were also responsible for the highest sale ever at the Residences at The Mandarin Oriental New York, PH-77B closed for a record $38.9M or $8062 per square foot. In 2016, they handled the sale of PH-78 at 25 Columbus Circle for $51.5M and 157 West 57th Street Apt 62A for $31M. Additionally, in November 2018, they closed on 432 Park Avenue upper floor B line for $29M. In January 2019, they closed on Apt 75C at 80 Columbus Circle Residences. In 1998 they sold the Pierre PH Triplex for $20.5M – the largest deal ever transacted at that time.
Brenda and her business partner, Elizabeth Sample, were listed among NRT’s top 1% in sales from 2011-2018 and are members of “The Thousand,” The Wall Street Journal & REAL Trends 2014 and 2015 exclusive list of the top 0.1% of all realtors nationwide. They were identified by The Real Deal as the fifth-highest listing brokers in 2010 and 2011, sixth-highest in 2012 and 2013, and twelfth in 2014, with listings in Forbes “Top 10 Most Expensive Properties for Sale” in 2004-2007, 2009, 2010, and 2013. In addition, The Sample Powers Team was named to Gotham’s “New York Billion Dollar Brokers” list in December 2013 and had listings in Unique Homes’ “Top 10 Most Expensive Listings of 2013 and 2014.”
