Originally from Santa Barbara, California, Alyse Besserman achieved her degree in Interior Design at the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in Los Angeles. Like many West Coast creatives, she desired the excitement and opportunities Manhattan had to offer. Alyse’s enthusiasm for New York City and dedication to finding her clients their dream home is what make her excel in the real estate market. A creative thinker and strategic housing research expert, Alyse’s friendly demeanor and reliability serve her well as the perfect balance to her tenacious attention to detail. Alyse’s first priority are her clients’ needs and she has an outstanding ability to discover homes that make them feel a certain sense of confidence and excitement when buying a home or signing a lease. Because of her first career as an interior designer, Alyse is an expert at painting a picture of what an apartment or townhouse could truly be and helping her clients’ new home reach its potential in décor and space use.

Alyse believes that your home should be a sanctuary and any space can be made to create a relaxing and positive environment. She felt her calling to learn more about using a home as a place for spiritual healing by gaining her certification as a Feng Shui Consultant from the Blue Mountain Feng Shui Institute in Seattle, WA.
Alyse has lived in several areas of Manhattan, most recently Murray Hill and the Upper East Side where she currently resides. She is a Member of the T.J. Martell Next Generation Committee, The NY Junior League and a Volunteer with the American Cancer Society. In her spare time, she enjoys trying out the latest restaurant or fitness class and spending time exploring her favorite parts of New York City with family and friends.
