He then was Principal Broker at NY-based private brokerage firm, Dalazar, and closed some of the finest properties for both buyers and sellers including a high-floor duplex at 530 Park Avenue, the 8th floor at 350 West Broadway, a sprawling condo at the Ritz Carlton, 10 West Street, a timeless 19th century single-family townhouse at 26 Garden Place and more.
