Martha Turner Sotheby's International Realty award winning Relocation Department has specialized in the transfer of individuals, families, and coporate entities relocating within Houston, into Houston, or to any other city in the country or world.
When an individual who is not represented by a Realtor® calls Martha Turner Sotheby's International Realty for information about listings, there is a licensed employee available to answer questions and schedule appointments to show them properties.
The Community Outreach Manager creates and maintains the accuracy of company agents' "farm" areas, neighborhoods that sales associates prospect through support and participation in community events and direct mail campaigns; oversees all farming activities; and acts as a liaison for the independent sales associates and the company in matters involving Community Funds requests.
To ensure total and complete accuracy in contracts, there are two experienced, licensed, full-time Contract Coordinators who review and manage the files for every sale pending listing in the company until it is closed and funded.
The Finance/Accounting Department serves the corporate needs of our company and manages the commissions paid to the independent sales associates, freeing them to focus on what they do best: providing excellence in client service.

The IT team maintains day-to-day operations of a six-office network that offers services to approximately 400 sales associates, assistants and support staff. A company-wide conferencing system allows agents and assistants the flexibility to attend company meetings “virtually” from any office. The IT team supports a top-of-the-line Microsoft Office 365 environment and Vonage IP phone system with redundancy and a 99.9% uptime.
The eMarketing Department assists sales associates in their marketing efforts with an integrated platform that makes it easy to manage email and social media marketing. In addition, the department builds and maintains internal tools to help staff and sales associates be more productive in their day-to-day duties.
