Vikki Evans was destined to be a Realtor. She is an expert networker, people-connector, and has boundless energy. She’s an articulate speaker and an active listener. She stays busy and appreciates that her clients are busy, too. They appreciate her honesty and trust her opinions. Her hard work, diligence, and positive attitude make buying or selling homes very pleasurable for her clients and herself. Her history as a successful bond broker, marketing director for a money manager, and home insurance agent led her to this perfect fit as a Realtor. The customer relationships are what matter most, and now she’s working with the product she adores: homes! Vikki sees your home as a direct reflection of your unique personality, the base point for lifelong memories, and the place you welcome guests and nurture loved ones. Being an integral part of helping people find just the right home gives Vikki both personal and professional fulfillment. Vikki’s success in the business has been validated by her achievement of the coveted Circle of Excellence (top producers) membership every year since she has been eligible.
In 2014, Vikki’s husband, Rich Evans, retired from a career in investments and joined her at Martha Turner Sotheby’s International Realty. He brings three decades of sales and analytical expertise to the team, as well as his superior knowledge of home construction and maintenance. Together, they are an extremely formidable pair!
Vikki's other "work" is giving back to the Houston community. For 35 years she has served in leadership positions on the boards of the Jewish Federation, The Houston Jewish Community Foundation, the Women’s Business and Professional Group (President 2015-17), BNI Greenway Plaza, The Emery/Weiner School, and is a Vice-President of the board of Jewish Family Service. In 2017 and 2018, she chaired a city-wide film and arts festival in partnership with the Mayor's Office and TIRR Memorial Hermann, to promote inclusion and understanding for people with disabilities. ReelAbilities Houston is the largest festival of its kind in the country. Also, in June of 2016, Vikki was nominated for Woman of the Year by the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, which culminated in donations of over $76,000 to cancer research.
When Vikki is not working, she enjoys exploring downtown Houston, exercising at the Houstonian, traveling and all forms of art. Vikki and Rich have been married since 1986 and are the parents of two grown daughters and their French bulldog, Lola.
