Stormy Hayes-Knipe has been a successful Houston Realtor for more than 12 years. Stormy’s comprehensive market knowledge, combined with her energy, dedication, and unwavering positive attitude, has placed her in the Martha Turner Sotheby’s International Realty Circle of Excellence.
Known for going the extra mile to get things done for her clients, Stormy stays current with the ever-changing market through daily monitoring and research. She has extensive relocation expertise and specializes in a wide range of Houston neighborhoods including Braeswood Place (Braes Heights/Ayrshire), West University, the Museum District, Knollwood Village, Linkwood, Woodside, Bellaire, Willow Meadows, Meyerland, Bellaire, the Heights, and the Memorial area. She also assists sellers and buyers in neighborhoods throughout Galveston.
Originally from El Paso, Stormy has called Houston home for more than 25 years. After graduating from Southwest Texas State University (now Texas State University) with a BFA in marketing and communications, she worked as a national sales planning manager for Fox Sports. Later, as a marketing manager with KPMG’s top national sales team, Stormy earned several prestigious honors, including an award for volunteer excellence.
Stormy is heavily involved in the Houston community and her neighborhood associations as well as her children’s schools and sports. Past volunteer commitments include the Children’s Museum of Houston, Museum of Fine Arts Houston, West University Little League Auxiliary, West University Sports Association Board, Mark Twain Elementary School PTO, and Braeswood Place Homeowners Association Home Tour Chair. Present commitments include the Pershing Middle School PTO, Lamar High School PTO, Lamar High School Booster Club, and Stella Link Campus Park Board. Stormy serves on the The Woman's Hospital of Texas - Pediatric Community Advisory Board, is a sustaining member of The Junior League of Houston, and contributes to Braeswood Place Homeowners Association events and West University’s Fathers & Flashlights.
Stormy and her husband have two young children and live in the Braes Heights area.
