Born and raised in London, England, high-end real estate has been in Stephen Warrell’s blood for as long as he can remember. From an early age, his mother used to buy, renovate and sell homes every few years and his father was formerly a builder. Stephen’s grandmother encouraged him to start his real estate career as she had herself built and managed multiple property investment companies that run to this day. After spending several years in the finance industry, Stephen began his real estate career in London and continues his successful career in the States. He has a depth of sales experience in some of the most sought-after and competitive neighborhoods in Houston. Having focused his business in the Heights, the Memorial Villages, Memorial West, Tanglewood, West University, Oak Forest, Rice Military and other Inner Loop neighborhoods, Stephen has developed a high-level of knowledge in both residential resales and new construction sales.
Stephen’s experience as a Houston Dynamo Academy coach benefits his clients by being able to think on his feet and keeping transactions moving towards closing. His passions include helping people, problem solving, achieving goals and learning new skills. These same passions fit perfectly with real estate and have been the foundation of his business to date. Stephen’s experiences in new construction sales at all price points have provided him with a wealth of knowledge that he uses to assist clients who are both looking to purchase a new home or for his builder clients.
Using his attention to detail and an eye for trends, Stephen is able to advise his clients on where the market is currently and also where it is going with designs, floorplans, specifications and the overall expectations of buyers and sellers as a whole. Stephen’s eleven years of experience show proven results with the $220 million of closed sales he has participated in.
Stephen is married with two young daughters who inspire and drive him to be the best in everything he does. The responsibility of his role as a husband and a father is one that he carries into his real estate career. He firmly believes that all his friends and clients should get the same level of responsibility from him that he would give to his family and this view ensures that he gives guidance and challenges them to ensure they are looking to the future and not only in the present. Stephen also uses his experiences from having lived in England, his extensive travels throughout the world and from living in multicultural societies all of his life to give a different perspective to his clients.
