Shelly Rudloff, a native Houstonian, is an expert in the real estate field. She is especially familiar with neighborhoods located in North Houston having resided in Spring, Montgomery, Humble, Conroe and The Woodlands. A consummate professional, her in-depth knowledge of these premier neighborhoods has paid great dividends to her buyers and sellers.
Shelly has an associate degree from Panola Jr. College and attended Stephen F. Austin State University as a nursing major. She loves to tell the story of how after four weeks in the field, she quickly learned she needed to change the direction of her career. She followed her grandmother’s path of real estate broker and appraiser and immediately embraced anything that was related to real estate.
Shelly has an extraordinary base from which she can guide her clients. She has experience in selling a multitude of varieties of real estate. They include residential, commercial, new construction, farms and ranches, land, condominiums, town homes and lake front properties. These experiences sweep the real estate landscape and coupled with working for a custom home builder they have proven to be invaluable. Shelly feels a “ hands-on” approach with each of her clients is essential as she navigates them through every step of the process of purchasing or selling a home. She is there to ensure that the transaction is flawless from contract to closing. Shelly is genuinely interested in her client’s life history as that illuminates who they are and makes it easier for her to meet each of their individual needs.
Staying abreast of the ever changing real estate market is of utmost importance to Shelly. With North Houston being her specialty, she is informed and ready to service her clients. Her superb organizational skills and trained eye for detail make for a winning combination when she is assisting first time buyers, seasoned sellers or long time clients.
