Rosemary Hoyt began her career as a Realtor with Martha Turner Sotheby's International Realty in 1986. Beginning as a sales assistant to a top producer, Rosemary learned the intricacies of high-end real estate from the best. Prior to her return to Martha Turner Sotheby's International Realty in 2007, Rosemary held several important sales positions with noteworthy local projects and builders.
As the on-site sales principal for an exclusive gated inner-Loop community whose home prices ranged from $450,000 to $3 million, Rosemary became conversant with new construction. She was responsible for all public relations for the project including organizing and promoting spring weekend home tours and served as a liaison with homeowners during and after construction.
Rosemary was also the principle sales executive with a custom home builder concentrating on a prestigious golf course and country club community. She closed over 56 homes with price tags from $450,000 to $2 million.
As the marketing agent for a downtown luxury residential high rise being constructed in an historic building, Rosemary gained experienced in residential high rise construction and sales. Unit prices in the building ranged from $220,000 to $2 million.
With a substantial background in both marketing and closing a range of residential properties, Rosemary brings a wealth of expertise to her clients, whether they are purchasing or selling. She also projects a positive and inclusive attitude. “I believe in the ‘Golden Rule,’” says Rosemary, “and treating others the way I would like to be treated.”
Rosemary is a native of Oklahoma and attended the University of Oklahoma. She is the mother of two grown sons and grandmother to one granddaughter. When not selling real estate, Rosemary’s high energy keeps her moving, whether it’s a work-out program or learning new skills to be the best she can be.
