Rich Stone's financial acumen, home-construction expertise, and market-knowledgeable salesmanship empower his undeniable success as a residential Realtor. An award-winning, consistently-recognized top company producer since 2012, Rich transitioned into real estate sales after two rewarding prior careers, first on Wall Street in New York, and then as co-owner with his brother of a custom-home building firm in Houston."
Over a period of six years, our company built more than 40 homes, ranging between 4,000 to 8,000 square feet, within Houston and the surrounding areas, and maintained 10 employees," Rich says. "After working on Wall Street, my negotiation and financial skills were very good, but home-building added broad, in-depth understanding of construction methods, building materials, land values, and architectural trends. It also taught me how to apply my negotiation and financial skills to the home-purchase process, determine what buyers want, and what sells a home. As a Realtor, I assist sellers and buyers in neighborhoods across Houston, including relocation clients moving into or away from the city."
Rich holds a degree in economics from Brigham Young University and an MBA from the University of Chicago. He is an Eagle Scout, supervises his church's boys' youth group ages 12 – 18, and sings in the choir. He also coaches a team for the Spring Branch Memorial Soccer League and serves as an officer for the Spring Oaks Civic Association.
A dedicated tennis player, Rich also enjoys playing classical piano and spending time with his large family of parents, two brothers, two sisters, and 20 nieces and nephews.
