Residential real estate provides Kelly Shearer an opportunity to work in a profession that she has long admired. A third-generation real estate professional, she has reaped the benefits of the knowledge and expertise that her family has acquired through decades of experience. “My greatest joy is helping my clients achieve their real estate goals and educating, guiding and hopefully empowering them through every step of their real estate transaction.”
A problem solver, Kelly is diplomatic, professional and detail-oriented. She listens carefully to what her clients want to achieve and negotiates productively on their behalf. “It is of utmost importance to me that my clients are satisfied and feel confident that I am looking out for their best interest in every transaction. Even when challenges arise, my goal is to make buying or selling a home an enjoyable, positive experience for all involved.”
Having previously lived in West University and Bellaire for 10 years and currently residing in The Woodlands for the past 12 years, Kelly has a vast knowledge of the greater Houston area and is eager to share her love of the city and far-reaching expertise with all of her clients. She is proud to be associated with Martha Turner Sotheby’s International Realty, which offers the latest in cutting-edge technology, and is strongly committed to her client’s priorities, always striving for excellence in service and communication every step of the way.
Her present and past volunteer commitments include National Charity League, Bluebonnet Chapter (Past President), The Woodlands High School Quarterback Club, Woodlands Lacrosse, PTO (Coulson Tough Elementary, McCollough Junior High), South County Football League, National Charity Roundtable, Post Oak Parent Association (Co-Chair) and The Junior League of Houston. Kelly states, “I have raised my family in The Woodlands and have always strived to be a role model in community service for them. Fulfilling various leadership roles within these groups has also allowed me to gain skills that are beneficial to my professional life, in addition to allowing me to support the organizations that are closest to my heart.”
Kelly earned a BBA economics from The University of Texas at Austin and has been married to her college sweetheart since 1993. She and her husband have three wonderful children whom they regard as their proudest achievements, and when not working, Kelly enjoys traveling, playing tennis and spending time with her family and friends.
