Many paths have lead to Keith's successful career in residential real estate, and Keith believes that everything we do is directly associated with the person we have become. During his college years, Keith worked in his father's homebuilding firm. The 1980s brought him to Houston where he worked with a commercial real estate firm in the financial arena and learned the nuts-and-bolts of real estate transactions.
Keith developed an appreciation for culinary arts and felt that further study in the field would allow him to expand his creativity and hone his customer service skills. While a student at the University of Houston Conrad Hilton School of Hotel and Restaurant Management, Keith worked in residential properties for the Four Seasons Hotel, Houston. In line with his philosophy, "Success is when preparation meets opportunity," Keith’s post-graduate position was in commercial property management for a 1,000,000-square-foot “A” rated building in downtown Houston. His consistently strong track record in the real estate, customer service and financial arenas ultimately led to a position in facility management for a major chemical company at their downtown Houston headquarters.
In 2009 Keith joined his wife, Katherine, a top agent at Martha Turner Sotheby's International Realty, as her working partner. He soon established his own clientele and is now a Member of the Circle of Excellence. Residential real estate allows Keith to incorporate his financial acumen and customer service skills, both of which serve his clients perfectly.
When not working, Keith and Katherine enjoy entertaining family and friends both in their home in the historic Houston Heights and at their 100+ year old farm house in Round Top, Texas. Keith also enjoys assisting clients who are selling or purchasing country properties. Relationships are key to Keith and he finds fulfillment in providing exceptional service to his clients.
