Julie O'Neill began her real estate career in the high-end, fast-paced residential real estate market of Chicago, where she was consistently a top producer. When her husband transferred to Houston, Julie knew she wanted to be with a market leader and joined Martha Turner Sotheby's.
Julie approaches every client’s transaction with a total commitment to learning what is important to her buyer(s) or seller(s). She is a stickler for detail, follow-up/responsiveness and thorough communication, and believes in-depth research is the foundation for any home search or sale. Julie is painstakingly attentive to every step of each negotiation from the initial offer, to navigating inspection and financing issues. It is her goal to ensure her clients get the most financially out of any purchase, sale or lease, as seamlessly as possible.
Julie has worked with buyers and sellers throughout the greater Houston area including The Heights, Garden Oaks/Oak Forest, Timbergrove, River Oaks, Midtown, Montrose, West University, EaDo, Clear Lake, Spring, Friendswood, and Jersey Village, "I've been involved in high-end client service and sales positions for the bulk of my career, and have had the privilege of working with professionals/clients with a wide spectrum of needs," Julie says.
Julie presents her clients with candidate homes in areas that meet their location and other personal requirements. In addition to market information and comparable sales, she is careful to furnish her clients with a detailed profile of what each community has to offer so they may make informed choices. She feels this is especially critical when buyers are new to Houston. “My greatest satisfaction comes from hearing how happy a client and their family are one month, six months, or a year after a transaction has closed, knowing I was instrumental in helping them make the best decision possible. I’m fortunate to now call many of my client’s friends as well!” Julie says.
Julie was born and raised outside of Chicago, Illinois, and is a graduate of Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. Having been in Texas for nearly 10 years, she considers it her true second home and has felt welcomed from the moment she arrived. Julie and her husband live in The Heights, where they love the walkability of the neighborhood, access to the hike-and-bike and bayou trails, and the ever-growing restaurant and coffee shop scene. They truly enjoy exploring all Houston has to offer and are proud to call this city their home!
