As a Realtor, Joy Levy is a consummate professional. A native of Dallas and a long-time Houston resident, Joy is a “people person” whose knowledge of the city and enthusiasm for what she does are a winning combination. A background in interior design enables Joy to suggest the best ways for sellers to put their "best look forward" to market their house. She concentrates on detail and providing the highest personal service for buyers and sellers. Her real estate focus is Royal Oaks Country Club, where she is a resident, but Joy serves clients’ real estate needs throughout Houston and Galveston. Joy’s Galveston focus is on resort and secondary homes along the Gulf Coast from beach front properties and condos to the lofts in the historic Strand area. Her expertise ranges from the Island up the Intercoastal Canal to Harborwalk and Tiki Island.
A charter member of Royal Oaks Country Club, Joy is past president of the ROCC Ladies Association and a member of the Women’s Golf Association.
A former award-winning teacher in the Plano School District, Joy is an active volunteer whose service includes president of Dallas Junior Bar Wives and the Denton County Library Board. She has served as a board member of both the League of Women Voters and UNICEF. A horsewoman, Joy is a lifetime member of the Texas Quarter Horse Association.
