I'm a native Houstonian, and I have always had a passion for both houses and helping people. My client’s interests ALWAYS come first.
I love house-hunting. It's great when I'm showing a buyer and we walk into a place and look at each other and know this is the one! Then we've got to get the house. That can be really stressful in this multiple-offer market.
A little background: my real estate career started in 1987 after I graduated from The University of Texas at Austin. (BBA / Marketing). I didn’t want to leave Austin, so I took a job with a builder. The houses were new construction starter homes. A little more “production” than I was hoping for - lots of vinyl flooring and cultured marble - but I learned a lot about the construction process, so that was a good experience.
After that, I worked for a small residential real estate brokerage in Austin, and then had a short but fun adventure as a flight attendant with defunct Eastern Air Lines.
Since 1991, I’ve worked for three TOP Producers in Houston, and joined Martha Turner Sotheby's International Realty in 2004. This is a fantastic company, and it’s given me the platform to develop my creative side by marketing exceptional listings all over the Houston area.
I have a pretty strong background in new construction and remodeling / home improvement / DIY. Most of my sales have been in areas ranging from the Memorial Villages to Tanglewood, Westhaven Estates / the Galleria, neighborhoods inside the Loop, Montrose, the Heights, and north to the Woodlands area and Lake Conroe.
I can honestly say that I love what I do, and I feel very fortunate to have had the pleasure to work with wonderful clients, both buyers and sellers, over the past 27 years. I’m here to help you.
