Jennifer Lerner, a fourth generation Houstonian, brings an extensive background and track record in sales and real estate. She has spent the last seven years in Houston real estate, working with clients across all parts of the city. She has worked with hundreds of clients, ranging from brand new Houstonians, as well as folks who were born and raised in Houston. She is the fourth generation in her family with a successful career in Texas real estate. Jennifer is taking the market by storm with her philosophy that hard work, persistence, and building strong relationships yields success for her clients.
“I love what I do! I want people to know that I am highly motivated, highly accessible, and very knowledgeable about the Houston market” says Jennifer. “Throughout my career in sales and real estate I’ve learned that my clients enjoy working with me, and refer me to their friends and family because of my work ethic, my enthusiasm, and my track record of success. I also have a great eye for style which helps me spot a beautiful home, or a diamond in the rough that just needs a little work and personal touch. Above all else, I am always honest and my clients can trust me.”
Jennifer graduated from The University of Texas in 2002 with a Bachelor’s degree in Corporate Communications and a concentration in Business. She had a successful career in advertising sales for Food & Wine Magazine and The Minneapolis / St. Paul Business Journal. Eventually Jennifer landed a job in Pharmaceutical Sales, after being chosen over 1,000 applicants.
Jennifer is proud to be an associate at Martha Turner Sotheby’s International Realty with a global presence and a member of Houston Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. She is an active volunteer at Horn Elementary and Condit Elementary School. In addition, she volunteers on several PTO committees and is active in the Bellaire Little League. With her free time, Jennifer enjoys traveling, dining at new restaurants, exploring the city and spending time with her husband and three sons.
