Janet Lipari has a long standing career in real estate immersed in professionalism and knowledge. Janet’s degree in Industrial Design from The College of Architecture at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, led to a background in the Oil and Gas Industry that afforded her tremendous negotiation and communication skills.
Having established her own sales agency, she utilized her creative side and knowledge of design to work simultaneously with manufacturers, distributors, retailers, home builders and homeowners. This experience has proven invaluable as she brings the same skills and vision to a broad spectrum of friends and clients.
A resident of The Woodlands and Montgomery County since 2004, Janet has embraced everything “Texas” and feels it is paramount to meet with clients to discover what in their view makes a house a home. Complimented by her design background and staging techniques, she has a gift of showcasing the ingredients that make a home stand out. This market-savvy realtor realizes the importance of being “hands-on” as she navigates her clients to flawless transactions from contract to closing.
