Working with a top producer at MTSIR for the last 10+ years, Debbie Rhoden has what it takes to work with all kinds of buyers and sellers to get a deal closed. Her strong background in advertising and marketing are the perfect back-story for a successful career in residential real estate. “Everything I have done professionally has always revolved around customer service and doing the little extras that are the most important,” Debbie says. “I learned very early that excellent service allowed me to retain my clients and grow the company with new clients. And real estate is no different – communication, service, honesty and integrity create loyal clients who refer me to their family and friends.”
Debbie stopped working for a few years to raise her children but she never slowed down. “I needed to keep busy and keep my skills up-to-date.” She volunteered at her children’s elementary school and signed on as a substitute teacher. The school ultimately hired her as their community liaison and she put her marketing and advertising skills to work doing PR, weekly email updates to parents, and organized programs and events. She also served as president of two PTO boards, volunteered wtih her neighborhood swim teams and her son's Boy Scout troop.
A native of Oklahoma, Debbie graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a degree in journalism and marketing. She’s now a true Houstonian having lived in the area for 25+ years. The mother of two children who are now in college, Debbie is married and resides in the West Memorial area spending her spare time gardening, decorating, painting furniture, and socializing with friends and family.
