Bay Area Realtor and Friendswood resident Dawn Johnson has wide-ranging sales and management expertise within the real estate and energy supply industries. A licensed Realtor since 1998, Dawn began her career in new home sales for two national production builders where she received numerous accolades and honors and fast-tracked into management. She later gained additional sales and management experience working with her husband in their oil and gas valve supply company.
“I love helping clients find the right home or the right, qualified buyer,” Dawn says. “It’s a joy and a privilege to be a positive part of a major milestone in someone’s life - buying or selling a home. It’s the most important decision most people will ever make and it should be pleasurable and remembered fondly.”
Passionate, courteous, empathetic, personable, and resilient, Dawn is not afraid to think outside of the box for her clients’ best interests. “I am tenacious,” she asserts. “I stay by clients’ sides through every stage of their transactions. When challenges occur, having an experienced Realtor to work it all out can make the difference between going forward and possibly losing the deal.”
Community involvement is important to Dawn. For the past 14 years, she has organized and managed Friendswood’s popular Monster Dash, a 5K fun run that raises awareness and contributes funds for ichthyosis, an extremely rare skin condition.
Dawn was born in Pennsylvania and moved to Friendswood at the age of 15. She is a graduate of Friendswood High School and was honored in 2014 with the school’s Hometown Hero award. Dawn has been married for 17 years and has two children, and considers herself a proud Texan with deep family roots in the Houston area. When her schedule permits, Dawn enjoys spending time with family and friends, working-out, cooking, entertaining, watching her son’s sports activities, reading, and going to the theater.
