Realtor® Danelle Reed is a multimillion dollar producer with Martha Turner Sotheby’s International Realty. Danelle started her sales career in the highly competitive pharmaceutical and implant device field where she was a top sales representative for a Fortune 500 company. Her experience taught her valuable lessons including how to effectively communicate with different personalities in very intense situations, time management skills, negotiating high-dollar transactions, and establishing and maintaining client relationships. Although successful and very well regarded, Danelle longed for a different kind of career, one where she would meet and personally assist her clients: residential real estate.
Possessed of high energy and ready to meet any challenge, Danelle brings a consummate level of professionalism and understanding to that most personal of transactions – a home. A self-described type-A personality, she is patient, organized, a great listener and an outstanding negotiator with a strong sense of pride in what she does. “I love the emotions that are part of a successful real estate transaction, and enjoy the smiles on my clients’ faces when they are able to sell their home quickly for the right price or purchase their dream home!” says Danelle. “I am an excellent communicator who always follows up and am well versed in both sides of the transaction.”
Danelle was born in Houston, raised in Katy and attended the University of Houston, and her roots run deep in the neighborhoods where her clients choose to live. She resides in an inner loop community but clients don’t hesitate to retain her to help them purchase a home in a more suburban location. It is a little known fact among Danelle’s ‘inner-Looper’ friends that she graduated from Katy High School.
If something is happening in or around Houston, just ask Danelle. She either knows about it or she’ll know someone who does. Danelle is a volunteer and supporter of the Houston Humane Society, The Joy School, MS 150, The Juvenile Diabetes Association, and Opera in the Heights. She loves a challenge and hiked up Mt. Kilimanjaro in 2012. For more local fun she likes to cook, read, fish at various sites along the Gulf Coast, and is an avid bicyclist on Houston urban trails. And the most important people in her life are her niece and two nephews.
