A third generation Houstonian, Christine Laborde holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University and a Master of Business Administration from The University of Houston. Prior to a career in real estate, Christine was Head of Investor Relations after tenures with EP Energy and Transocean in various roles. While at EP Energy, she received the Peak Ward for exceptional performance.
Christine enjoys learning about people and finds their stories can lend a greater understanding to their real estate needs. A good listener, Christine believes communication is the key to success and employs her organization skills and keen eye for detail to facilitate a seamless transaction from contract to closing. While in the corporate world, Christine led a project that changed the way the energy industry conducted business. Applying those same skills to her real estate career, she is aware that being nimble and collected is essential to every deal’s success.
Christine’s experience negotiating global agreements and working on Wall Street has paved the way for her clients to receive expert negotiation strategies and presentation when buying or selling a home. This accomplished professional thrives under pressure and embraces a hands-on approach to every real estate transaction. Understanding the importance of the ever-changing world of real estate, she stays informed of all market trends in Houston’s premier neighborhoods.
Christine serves on the Board of Directors of Habitat for Horses and previously served on the Board of Directors of the International Association of Drilling Contractors Houston chapter. In addition to real estate, Christine enjoys playing polo, snow skiing, spending time with her family and exploring other cultures.
