In 2012, Beate sold 300 Lee Avenue, a beautifully restored East Hampton Estate Section summer “cottage” within two weeks at over the asking price for $25,750,000, in 2013, she sold 364 and 400 Beachcomber Lane in Southampton, both land listings, with to-be-constructed estates for a combined total of $29,800,000, and, in 2014, she sold a one-of-a-kind waterfront property in Water Mill for over $21 million within three weeks of listing the property.
