Aaron Warkov has joined the Sotheby’s International Realty Bridgehampton office as a licensed salesperson. In addition to his focus on the origination and execution of exclusive sales listings and rentals for clients, he is available as a buyer’s representative for those who seek the most sought-after properties in the Hamptons. His numerous record setting sales have earned him the respect and loyalty of some of the highest net worth property investors in the NYC market.

Aaron was previously the director of investment sales at Ariel Property Advisors and a senior director of investment sales at Cushman & Wakefield. Prior to that, he was a senior sales director at Massey Knakal Realty Services where he sold properties of various size and asset type throughout the boroughs including multifamily, mixed-use, office, and development sites. As an industry leader in the Brooklyn investment sales market, Aaron was a member of the Real Estate Board of New York and has evaluated $1.85 billion in properties since entering the market in Q4 of 2014. He has also been a featured speaker at numerous commercial investment group events. His impressive experience as a seasoned negotiator and sales director are an asset to his current and new clients, as well as his hands-on problem solving approach that was developed renovating eight properties from a 1672 stone farm to a modern industrial loft building.
He has been a world class advertising photographer, international model, actor, and a champion windsurfer. He enjoys surfing, stand up paddle surfing, tennis, cycling, skiing, and snowboarding.
He currently resides in Sagaponack with his girlfriend and their two ARF rescue dogs Mason and Evie. He has two sons, both in college in NYC and Philadelphia. He supports Surfrider.org, Girl Rising, Bridgehampton Childcare Center, and ARF Hamptons.
