Susan Holey and Pete Danielsen formed a team because they share common values and complimentary strengths. Susan’s educational background is largely quantitative with a degree in mechanical engineering and an MBA. Pete transitioned to residential real estate after 25 years in media as a senior marketing and programming executive at Viacom. Today’s technology-driven real estate industry requires strong quantitative skills but also keen understanding of marketing in an increasingly digital world.

Susan graduated from Tufts University then studied for her MBA at Columbia Business School. In an unlikely next move, Susan found work she loved at NBC news, working as a producer for TODAY and Nightly News. She moved to Greenwich 20 years ago to raise her family and has been involved with local charities, her church, and is committed to supporting The Sandy Hook Promise, a non-profit dedicated to protecting children from gun violence.
Pete’s background is also in media, where he delivered the #1 rated cable TV network – Nickelodeon - for 13 years. While working alongside some of the most talented figures in entertainment, he was also investing in Greenwich residential real estate - buying, renovating, and selling multiple properties. He has a service mentality and a wealth of experience negotiating eight and nine-figure production and licensing deals while leading marketing campaigns that delivered Top 10 hits.
