Julie is an expert negotiator who remains calm in high pressure situations. Prior to working in real estate, Julie worked on Wall Street on the trading floor and was a financial analyst for high wealth managers who needed ad hoc financial analyses for split-second investment decisions involving multi-million-dollar trades.
A second-generation Realtor, Julie has been surrounded by the real estate business her entire life. Prior to moving to New York City, she worked in mortgage servicing at the fourth largest mortgage company in the USA where she managed the Refinance, Payoff, Assumptions, and REO departments. During the mortgage banking crisis, Julie was appointed Training Director for the firm. She developed and implemented a nationwide multi-level training program for entry-level to executive personnel encompassing regulatory, customer service, and technical training.
Julie has earned an impressive ten real estate designations and certifications. Her ability to optimally price properties is cultivated from her extensive training, financial analysis experience, and constantly staying informed in an ever-changing market.
Julie and her husband have lived in Greenwich for over 20 years. Their three children have attended Greenwich public and private schools. She is dedicated to community service and has served on the boards and committees of United Way of Greenwich, Junior League of Greenwich, The Town of Greenwich Commission on Aging, Northwest Greenwich Association, Inc., Humanity United in Giving, Young Audiences, and The Heritage Foundation of 9/11; as well as is a supporter of Kids In Crisis, American Cancer Society, St. Paul’s RC Church, Sacred Heart Greenwich, and Green Chimneys School.
Julie cherishes spending time with family, traveling, gardening, and watching movies, but her passion is classical music. After college, she traveled and lived in Europe as an opera singer and then worked as a classical music radio announcer and producer for nine years before moving to New York City. Julie brings her experience with international cultures to her real estate business respecting the cultures of all people and helping international relocation clients with their transition to life in America.
