Originally from Charlotte, North Carolina, Courtney Belhumeur lived in New York City for seven years interning with fashion designers Vera Wang and Luca Luca. While living in the City, she worked for the Director of Special Events at Vogue Magazine in product development. Courtney then spent three years honing her communication and negotiation skills working for a New York City high profile celebrity real estate mogul and his supermodel wife where she became fluent in the languages of luxury marketing, and discretion - all while relentlessly protecting her client.
Courtney graduated from the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) where she developed a superb understanding of beautifully executed interior design, fine furnishings and classical architecture.
After purchasing her home in Greenwich and spending countless hours at the D&D building in NYC, Courtney freelanced with renowned bicoastal interior designer, Lesley Lowe. She worked with the designer in staging homes for photoshoots in Greenwich and Westport. Her refined taste and educated eye will ensure her clients’ homes are perfectly presented to the market and will command the highest market price.
Courtney has owned multiple properties which have required extensive renovations. She understands the ins and outs of every angle of the Greenwich real estate market. As a transplant from the City and a mom to three young children, she will authentically connect local families with prospective buyers. She’s the perfect fit for any New Yorker looking for a suburban chic home or a country seasonal retreat. Courtney offers a tailored mix of personalized attention and sophisticated expertise to her clients.
Courtney believes buying or selling a home should meet her clients’ current needs and prove to be the best investment for their future.
