Bryan Tunney's real estate career began in 2004. He brings to real estate his analytical and economic experience as a government bond broker and as president of small businesses. Bryan grew up across Long Island Sound in Port Washington, New York, and has been a Greenwich resident for over 20 years. He is an executive board member and coach of Greenwich Youth Lacrosse, board member of the Transportation Association of Greenwich and past board member of the Greenwich Skating Club. Bryan also holds a Connecticut real estate broker's license, having completed the extensive required courses and exams. His son graduated from Dartmouth, where he enjoyed playing lacrosse after graduating from the Brunswick School and now lives in Manhattan, and his daughter, a Greenwich Academy and University of Kentucky graduate, is now working in Stamford.
Bryan, whose photographic memory for house details is a remarkable gift, is known for sound judgment and relentless energy. He is well-versed in the regulations affecting his clients' transactions. Bryan is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Connecticut Association of Realtors and Greenwich Association of Realtors. Bryan serves as a Director on the Board of the Connecticut Association of Realtors and a Director on the Board of the Greenwich Association of Realtors. Bryan was appointed in 2013 to the National Association of Realtors' State and Local Issues Committee, appointed as a Realtors Political Action Committee (RPAC) Trustee for the Connecticut Association of Realtors, and serves on the Legislative Committee and Education Committees for the Greenwich Association of Realtors. Bryan is a graduate of the University of California at Santa Barbara, where he received a BS in business economics and played lacrosse. Bryan lives in Greenwich, where he avidly enjoys the Long Island Sound.
