As a REALTOR®, Paula Dunn has enjoyed a 15 year career as an agent on the Upper Cape.
While she embraces technology as a tool to help communicate with customers, clients and through marketing listings, she believes in personal contact and being responsive to questions and concerns. Paula believes in education and has obtained credentials as an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Military Relocation Specialist (MRP), Sellers Relocation Specialist (SRS), and is currently attending courses through the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI).
Paula will help you determine what you want and need in a new home and identify available homes that meet your criteria, whether they are listed in our office or by another Realtor. She will provide you with information on communities, schools, churches and any other area characteristics you require. She will help you negotiate an offer to purchase when you find the right house and be at your side through the home inspections all the way to closing.
If you are a seller, Paula will offer you total commitment and work toward ensuring a trouble-free sales transaction. She will present you with a comprehensive market analysis that will assist in determining the market value and pricing of your home. Sotheby’s International Realty includes a vast network of local, national and global sales associates, as well as both a local and corporate marketing department who will assist in marketing your home.
Some of Paula’s background includes being a member of the Falmouth Jewish Congregation and their Sisterhood, past President Sisterhood Congregation Tifereth Israel in Everett and Life Member Haddassah International. She is also a founding member of the Bourne/Wareham Kiwanis and a member of the Monument Beach Sportsmens Club. She is an avid knitter, quilter, and beader who spends as much time as possible with her two daughters, her son, and five grandchildren.
