Real estate has been my passion ever since I was young. By the time I was sixteen, my family had lived in seven different homes. I am the oldest of eight children and my father would constantly send out a resume to new companies to increase his opportunities and income. Early on, I learned that "something was always for sale.” My father was heavily invested in real estate—owning as many as fifteen homes at one time—and I have learned a lot from him through his real estate experiences.
It has been a continuing pleasure to serve buyers and sellers with their varying real estate needs for over twenty-five years. During that time, I have earned six nationally recognized REALTOR® designations and certifications—CRS, ABR®, CBR®, SRES®, SRS, and e-Pro®. I have extensive experience in selling local residential real estate and have also sold many bed and breakfast establishments—from Plymouth to Orleans, on Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket. My favorite motto is, "whatever is in the best interest of my client.” I was once told by an attorney colleague that I have a reputation among local realtors for being "tough but fair.” I love that testimonial. Here is what you can expect when you work with me—job knowledge and experience, exceptional negotiation skills, the highest integrity, and confidentiality. I have been known to go over-and-above what needs to be done. My clients often tell me, "Nancy, you have exceeded my expectations.” I so welcome the opportunity to do the same for you.
