Maggie Fearn understands the needs of both parties in a real estate transaction having bought and sold old, new and fixer-upper homes overseas and on Cape Cod.
She joined Sotheby’s International Realty after 30 years overseas – in London, Hong Kong, and Sydney, Australia – in senior corporate marketing and communications roles, consulting and journalism. She delights in putting her strong professional background and business acumen to work for her clients.
Maggie is known for her energy, professionalism, attention to detail, and, above all, determination that her clients’ experience is smooth and positive.
She has a BA from Mt. Holyoke College and an MS from the London School of Economics. In 2017, she completed the Town of Barnstable’s Citizen’s Leadership Academy.
With a life-long interest in negotiating and problem solving, Maggie is a trained mediator and volunteers in Barnstable District Court, mediating summary process and small claims cases.
Maggie is also a director of the Indian Ponds Association, a not-for-profit that looks after the welfare of Marstons Mills’ three ‘great ponds'. Having fallen in love with the Cape Cod lifestyle, when not at work, she can most likely be found exploring the natural landscape with her husband and two beagles.
