Greg Kiely, the 2019 Massachusetts REALTOR® of the Year, joined the Sotheby’s International Realty Cape Cod Brokerages as Managing Broker in 2015 after 11 years as an agent and office manager in the suburban Boston real estate market. Greg manages a staff of five local experts tasked with transaction financial management, marketing, and advertising to assist associates in the field. Sotheby’s International Realty Cape Cod staff have received the prestigious Sotheby’s International Realty Eastern Region Employee of the Year award three times in the past eight years. With a 10:1 agent to staff ratio, Sotheby’s International Realty Cape Cod agents receive hands-on support at every level of their business. Greg and his team conduct weekly training and coaching sessions in-house, supported by area experts in legal matters, transaction management, and industry best practices.
Greg is the 2020 President of the Cape Cod & Islands Association of REALTORS® and Cape Cod & Islands Multiple Listing Service. He is the current Regional Representative for Cape Cod & the Islands on the Executive Committee at the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS®. Greg has served on the Board of Directors of both the Greater Boston Association of REALTORS® from 2011-2015 and the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® since 2011. Greg is a graduate of the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® Leadership Academy and continues to serve on local and statewide professional standards, government affairs, technology, and strategic planning committees. Greg’s deep involvement in REALTOR® volunteer leadership gives Sotheby’s International Realty agents and clients direct access to the latest information on government regulations and professional development opportunities that impact the real estate brokerage community.
Prior to joining Sotheby’s International Realty, Greg was a brokerage manager for a national brand office in Newton, MA where he oversaw the opening of a new branch office supporting REALTORS® specializing in the sale of fine homes and estate listings. In each year of Greg’s tenure as manager, his office won major national awards for sales production and customer service. Greg’s brokerage management experience began at William Raveis Real Estate in Chestnut Hill and Newton, MA where he spent three years leading the administrative and operations teams as Director of Agent Services and Operations Manager. Greg began his real estate career as part of a top selling agent partnership at a local office in Brookline.
