Greg Kiely joined Sotheby’s International Realty - Cape Cod Brokerages as Brokerage Manager in 2015 after eleven years as an agent and office manager in the suburban Boston real estate market. Prior to joining Sotheby’s International Realty, Greg was Sales Manager at Century 21 Commonwealth in Newton, MA where he oversaw agents specializing in the sale of fine homes and estates listings in Chestnut Hill, Brookline and Newton. In each year of Greg’s tenure as manager, agents won major national awards for sales production and customer service. Greg’s brokerage management experience began at William Raveis Real Estate in Chestnut Hill and Newton where he spent three years leading the administrative and operations teams as Director of Agent Services and Operations Manager. He began his real estate career as part of a top selling agent partnership at a local office in Brookline.
In his current role at Sotheby’s International Realty, Greg manages a staff of five local experts in transaction financial management, marketing and advertising. Sotheby’s International Realty - Cape Cod staff members have received the prestigious Sotheby’s International Realty Eastern Region Employee of the Year award three times in the past six years. With a 10:1 agent to staff ratio, Sotheby’s International Realty - Cape Cod agents receive hands-on support at every level of their business. Greg and his staff conduct weekly training and coaching sessions in-house and with area experts in legal matters, transaction management and industry best practices.
Greg served on the Board of Directors of both the Greater Boston Association of REALTORS® from 2011-2016 and the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® since 2011. Greg is a graduate of the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® Leadership Academy and is a current member of the Cape Cod Association’s Finance, Professional Standards and Grievance Committees. Greg has previously served on the Greater Boston Association of REALTORS® Professional Standards, Grievance, Government Affairs, Technology, Programming, Publications and Strategic Planning Committees. Greg’s deep involvement in REALTOR® leadership gives Sotheby’s International Realty agents inside access to the latest information on government regulations and professional development opportunities that impact the real estate brokerage community.
Greg is an avid sailor and is rarely found far from the water. He has previously resided in Darien, Connecticut, Newport, Rhode Island, Annapolis, Maryland and Brookline and Wellesley Hills, Massachusetts. Greg, his wife, Sarah, and daughter, Amelia, currently live in the Centerville Historic District.
