As a native San Franciscan, Valerie Caccia feels blessed to have been born and raised in such an international city approximately 45 minutes from a beautiful part of the world, the Sonoma-Napa Valleys.
Valerie's real estate practice spans two decades both in the City of San Francisco, and in country real estate. She sources properties both on and off the market, from SOMA to Sonoma, and NOPA to Napa. Valerie helps clients build wealth when she negotiates for them as buyers and when they return to seek her guidance as sellers.
Valerie dedicates herself to the highest quality client service and suggests that once one knows the nuts and bolts of the business, real estate is fun. Valerie brings a city savvy and a smart, sophisticated real estate approach to the Sonoma-Napa Valleys that is sui generis.
Pairing with Sotheby's International Realty has been a very fruitful experience for Valerie. Like any good pairing, when the components are in balance and working well together, there is a noticeable difference that affects the experience and, eventually, the outcome.
In 2007, Valerie began work on the Westin Verasa Napa, awarded the 2012 SPG Member Favorite Resort award for Most Romantic Retreat. Having been born on Valentine's Day, Valerie is sensitive to the significance of love to these valleys.
Valerie is a graduate of Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles. She enjoys writing, cycling, time with family and her giant breed dogs, often found following her lead in the beautiful vineyards of the Sonoma and Napa Valleys.
