Valerie Caccia is a San Francisco native, realtor, and the author of the book, “How To Eat A Millennial .. one byte at a time” that launched in the spring of 2019. Valerie has over 20 years shared experience in San Francisco and Wine Country real estate sales. Helping clients build wealth through real estate and live their best lives while at the same time living her own, is a life in balance. When it comes to pricing and understanding the unique values of the Bay Area real estate market, Valerie is laser. In the late 1980’s, Valerie graduated from Loyola Marymount University in what is now known as the Silicon Beach region of Los Angeles where she studied extensively with Broadway lyricist and screenwriter, Bob Merrill. Upon graduating, Valerie found work as a young writer in Hollywood. She had the family Volvo, a screenwriting degree, and a dream to one day have a hit play on Broadway. Two years later, she was offered employment with playwright Neil Simon as the majordomo of his California and Manhattan residences. It has taken thirty years, but Valerie is finally writing the play inspired by the book, coming in the Fall of 2020. Valerie and her team continue to sell luxury real estate for Sotheby’s International Realty and maintain a best life balance. She enjoys yoga, film, fashion, and lunch with her mom at The Olympic Club in San Francisco, where the R. Frank Caccia family has enjoyed membership for 63 years. Valerie loves spending time with all generations of her family and her Great Pyrenees dog, C, often found following her lead in the beautiful vineyards of the Sonoma and Napa Valleys.
