Erin grew up in the real estate industry and started her sales habit at the tender age of five, letting her kindergarten teacher know that she knew exactly what an open house was of course, the teacher was referring to the upcoming school open house. Erin’s mother owned a successful real estate firm where she spent weekends and summers working. After graduating from college, Erin spent over a decade working in title and escrow as the Marketing Director for eight counties as well a 1031 Tax Deferred Exchange business. Since becoming licensed in 2004, Erin has built a successful career in real estate attributing 92% of her closed business to referrals from past satisfied clients. She has worked every aspect of the industry representing sellers, buyers, and investors.
Erin has been trained and inspired by some of the best from Dale Carnegie, Tony Robbins, Brian Tracy and Jim Rohn. She attributes much of her business success to following the principles of real estate trainer, Brian Buffini. Erin uses her experience and foresight to proactively ad¬dress details so they do not become problems for her clients. She and her team work to successfully market properties and negotiate trans¬actions while initiating communication in every detail of the transaction, from the first phone call all the way to closing. Erin has made a high-level commitment to the real estate industry, having been voted by her peers to serve on the Board of Directors for NorBAR, her local four-county association of realtors. Her passion to protect private property rights has prompted her involvement in the Government Affairs Committee as well as the Local Candidates Recommendation Committee.
In her spare time, Erin enjoys a good happy hour with friends, the sounds of a great music playlist, spending time with her husband and two teenage children, dancing, and decorating her home.
