Born in Montana, Pat has lived on both the East and West Coasts. She received a bachelor of science from the University of Florida, after which, her first job was at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland.
After moving to the Bay Area in California, Pat received her real estate license and has been active in the industry for over 30 years, with licenses in California and New Mexico. Representing consumers and clients in all price ranges, Pat believes in creating "Clients for Life" by ensuring that their objectives and goals are achieved by working together.
With a passion for her industry, Pat believes that she further enhances her ability to provide information and professional service to consumers by being involved in her industry and community. She has held positions and achieved recognitions including:
• 2013 REALTOR of the year for the Realtors Association of New Mexico
• 2013 NAR (National Association of Realtors) Regional Vice President, Region XI
• 2008 President, Realtors Association of New Mexico
• 2007 President, Santa Fe Association of Realtors
Pat serves on government affairs committees for both the local and state realtor associations where her involvement has focused on protecting private property rights. Pat's involvement on the national level is as an expert on resort and second homes.
