Jesica Beken’s real estate expertise and network of connections run deep, from the Gulf Coast region of Texas where she began her successful career in 2004, to Santa Fe, New Mexico where she’s enjoyed selling residential homes, farms, ranches and land since 2016. Licensed in Texas and New Mexico, and active in both states, she is happy to serve the needs of her discriminating clientele, locally or wherever their needs may lie.
Though a native of Texas, and a resident of Houston for over two decades, Jesica’s roots in New Mexico, where her family has ranched since the 1980s, inspired her move to Santa Fe. Capitalizing on her seasoned real estate knowledge and experience and passion for the area’s beauty, she has achieved Multimillion-Dollar Producer status each year in Santa Fe (2017, 2018 and counting), plus distinguished herself as a resort and second-home property specialist.
A graduate of the University of Houston, Jesica previously worked in event planning and marketing for corporations and non-profits. She is a member of the Women’s Council of Realtors, the Santa Fe Association of Realtors Education Committee and Membership Committee, the Realtors Land Institute and the New Mexico Governor’s Mansion Foundation Board. Since arriving in Santa Fe, she has volunteered with the Española Valley Humane Society, Habitat for Humanity, the International Folk Art Market and the Santa Fe Fly-In for the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association. Prior to moving to Santa Fe, Jesica was a Houston Junior League member, a Director for Rockport Area Association of Realtors and a Board member for Rockport Center for the Arts. She is a Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo Lifetime Member and previously served on both the Judging Contest Committee and the Parade Committee.
Jesica lives in Rancho Viejo with her three dogs, with whom she loves taking advantage of the miles of walking trails and green space. She is also an active member of the Rancho Viejo Ladies Group.
