As a Wall Street veteran, Dawn Hall offers 27 years of elite-level sales experience in commercial and residential real estate, mortgage financing and capital markets securities in which she has achieved top producer status with multiple national and international organizations. Her broad understanding of economics, fiscal policy and market and real estate analysis are based on her experience as regional manager of a billion-dollar Nasdaq-listed Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) and as Institutional Trader for multiple Broker-Dealers. Now a resident of Santa Fe, she remains actively involved in the major real estate and capital markets throughout the United States.
From 2002 to 2017, Dawn participated in dozens of master-planned residential communities throughout the Southeast US as Broker, Developer and/or Financier. In 2005, she established Native Land Investments, Inc., a Licensed Real Estate brokerage in Central Florida active in all aspects of residential community development and home sales.
In 2010, Dawn began investing in New Mexico property; in 2017 she relocated from Florida to New Mexico, and in 2018 she developed her private equestrian facility and residence south of Santa Fe.
A native of Florida, Dawn is a graduate with Honors of Rollins College, Winter Park, FL; including study at the Goethe Institute, Munich, Germany and the American University of Paris, France. She later majored in Finance at the Rollins Graduate School of Business and is currently a CCIM candidate. Since 2005, she has been an active member and chairwomen of multiple national real estate organizations; including Risk Management Association (“RMA”), Home Builders’ Association (“HBA”) and Commercial Real Estate Women (“CREW”).
