Natalya's versatility is also an asset for her clients. In addition to representing multi-million-dollar properties, she offers a youthful demeanor and experience as a mother of two young children. She enjoys helping families buy or sell properties ranging from a modest home or condominium to a residence fit for a large or extended family. Natalya is able to exercise her superior organizational and observational skills while completing every property transaction with sensitivity to her clients' needs and goals.
Born in Russia, she trained as a gymnast and acrobat for 12 years and earned Master of Sports in Rhythmic Gymnastics and a Bachelor's degree in physical education. Natalya's upbringing and training are responsible for the discipline, attention to detail and follow-through she brings to her work. As the manager of a global tourist office, she recruited business professionals for international positions and coordinated their official documentation.
Moving to the Santa Barbara area over a decade ago, Natalya mastered classes in business communications, business law, and received certifications in real estate finance, principles and practice, leading to earning her real estate license. Additionally, she completed an accelerated learning course by The Real Estate Negotiation Institute in order to receive certification of completion CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert).
Driven and energetic, Natalya has many years of experience in residential real estate. As an Olympic-level gymnast, she is highly goal-oriented and proficient at meeting and exceeding established goals and objectives related to real estate and client relations. An accomplished athlete, she enjoys multiple sports and recreational activities including running, hiking, tennis and golf.
